UK’s Most Expensive Seaside Towns
A new report by Halifax has revealed some of the UK’s most expensive and least expensive seaside towns. Halifax used sold prices from the Land Registry and Registers of Scotland for the report which included 196 UK seaside towns.

Average house prices in seaside town have increased by over 32% in the last 10 years, from £166,565 in 2006, to £219,386 in 2016. This is due to the desirable seaside lifestyle and scenery on offer, as well as property investors looking for attractive holiday lets.
